Description and history

In 2013, I learned the basic Swedish Massage Routine from The Massage School, which was then in Easthampton. I noticed that only a small amount of its routine was dedicated to Trigger Point Therapy, which was included, utilizing nerve point endings, which I discovered were junctions from one muscle to the next. When I really stopped and focused on them, I noticed the referred sensation from them. A nearby or completely distant muscle would respond. A few extra minutes spent on each one would do a wonderful amount of work to ease and drop energetic tension. With this gone, I would notice as the top of the muscle dropped away, and the breathing would slow. Eventually, I focused so much on this that I could sense each one had a certain "pulse" as in a blood flow, but instead of kinetic neurological impulses, and that I could "turn off the lights" on these broken fuses where the muscle had simply been cramped, and due to this sprung a loose wire, causing information to be trapped, and the muscle to twitch, and initially backfire and twitch against the original pressure. But with time, that area would completely relax without even any deep work or pressure other than the pulsation of my fingers and elbow to manipulate away its insistent insecurity and to outsmart it into telling it, and the corresponding muscles "from head to toe" to go along for the ride. Energy is just that, energy, but it gets trapped and trigger points are in a map all over the same spots in everyone's bodies, but end up tense on different ones. I combine this with deep pressure and myofascial release to provide a three dimension healing to the body. Even by adding more time to it, I managed to not reduce the amount of deep work, but to use it before and in between as rest periods. You'd be surprised how you'd feel a twitch in your foot from a push on your shoulder, and I have learned these lines like the back of my hand, no pun intended.
